Sunday Morning Blessing

Today is just a blessing.  Once again we are in a terrific place…. This morning I woke up to Jack talking, which is pretty typical.  Now I am sitting with Jack at the Bistro table and enjoying the nice warm air.  It’s actually an incredible day because it also happens to be my dear friend Andrea’s birthday.  Andrea’s is a special woman with such an incredible talent to make you feel so loved.  I am so honored to have such a dear friend who has laughed with me, cried with me, and motivated me.  Here to you Andrea – Happy Birthday… I am so glad to have you in my life.

I am feeling great today, just like yesterday.  I rode bikes with Jack just a bit.  He actually doesn’t ride with me, he rides behind me.  You know the drill, just circle back and see how he is doing.  My wrist aches just a bit when I hit bumps, but it’s still doing so much better than it had been doing.  I am having zero GI issues so needless to say that is the best aspect about my new regime…
