Day 6 – Still a Headache, but staying strong..
I am not really going to write much about today.
Today I ate the following:
Breakfast: Quinoa and berries
Mid Morning: Pecans
Lunch: Rice with Root vegetables
Mid Afternoon: snap peas, chips and hummus
Dinner: Butternut squash soup with potatoes, onions, peppers
After Dinner Snack: apple and peanut butter
