Take a “Real” Moment for yourself

One of the greatest things we can do in our lives is take a moment for just “US”.  Each day try and meditate for a minimum of 10 minutes.  Visualize yourself being strong, healthy, and patient.

Everyone has 10 minutes, so no excuses – get started by being aware of your breathing.  Again, everything we do counts, so Make it Count!
